Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Strategy to lead the development and execution of learning strategies and leadership experiences that build critical capabilities across Disney Experiences. You will act as a strategic learning consultant to business, HR, and Talent Management leaders, directing a team from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, and evaluation.

Success requires strong portfolio leadership, deep adult learning and leadership development

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, talent development, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, leadership development, and performance improvement.
• Experience consulting with senior leaders, HR partners, Talent Management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Direct a portfolio of learning initiatives from strategy through evaluation and adoption.
• Serve as a trusted learning advisor to HR, Talent Management, and senior leaders.
• Guide design and sustainment of learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Measure learning effectiveness and translate findings into actionable improvements.
