Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to design, deliver, and measure leadership development programs that strengthen team capability and experience.

You will partner with senior leaders and Talent Development colleagues to diagnose gaps, create practical learning solutions, and manage flagship programs and firmwide initiatives with a hands-on, strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, human resources, instructional design, facilitation, or related role.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firmwide leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences and workshops across leadership and professional development.
• Facilitate learning programs, focus groups, and development sessions with credibility and adult-learning mastery.
• Coordinate flagship programs, firmwide initiatives, and internal conferences with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze feedback and evaluation data to drive continuous improvement in programs and learner outcomes.
