Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to design, develop, manage, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that strengthen team capability and enhance the colleague experience.

You will partner with senior leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, and Talent Development to identify priorities, diagnose gaps, and create practical, measurable solutions, including firmwide initiatives, coaching, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• As a strategic partner and leadership development expert, the LDBP designs, develops, manages, and delivers high-impact learning experiences.
• Partners with senior leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Talent Development to identify learning priorities and diagnose capability gaps.
• Creates practical, engaging, and measurable learning solutions for evolving firmwide needs.

Responsibilities

• This role serves as a visible and credible Talent Development partner across the firm, with emphasis on program execution, change management, leadership development, facilitation, and coaching.
• The LDBP will contribute to firmwide rollout projects, focus groups, diagnostic efforts, team development sessions, coaching initiatives, and ad hoc training needs.
