Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development and drive programs that align with our corporate culture and strategic goals.

You will design and implement leadership, mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and training initiatives; administer the LMS and manage training records while partnering with leaders to develop Hi-Po talent and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, HR or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience with talent development and engagement.
• Strong instructional design skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on facilitation of leadership, technical or compliance training.
• Experience with LMS platforms, reporting, and program setup.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize learning programs that promote culture and align with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement Hi-Po Talent Development and succession planning.
• Administer LMS and Talent Review processes with leaders.
• Design and deliver leadership, mentoring, coaching, and engagement programs.
• Train and coach managers on development efforts.
• Maintain training records, audits, and budget monitoring.
