Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Three or more years of direct HR experience involving professional development.
• Experience in event planning or coordinating training programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and administers professional development systems and training websites.
• Coordinates year-round staff professional development and leadership activities.
• Recruits internal and external presenters for staff training.
• Manages LMS and collegewide professional development for staff and faculty.
• Tracks training events expenditures and maintains records.
