Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a skilled Learning and Development professional to plan and implement professional development training curriculum and courseware for end-users. You will execute web-based learning strategies, author courses, and develop eLearning objectives and assessments while staying current with Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and SnagIt.

You will design storyboard/scripts for production teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Management, Nursing, Psychology, or related field with 5+ years in instructional design, adult education, or related field, OR 8+ years of experience in instructional design/related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in technical writing or content management; minimum one year in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of training design, development, and delivery; familiarity with e-learning tools and standards

Responsibilities

• Design and develop professional development training curriculum and courseware for end-users.
• Execute web-based learning strategies and author educational courses.
• Develop eLearning objectives and assessments and create storyboard/scripts for production.
• Maintain knowledge of authoring/development tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, SnagIt).
