Job summary

ZS is seeking a Human Resources Specialist - Learning (Leadership Development Lead) to shape and scale leadership development programs that accelerate readiness, strengthen organizational capability, and support the firm's strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to drive development from Manager to Principal and beyond, across a global Learning organization.

You will own the portfolio, design experiences, measure impact, and ensure executive sponsorship, while leading one direct report

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling leadership programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and ability to leverage data to guide decisions.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-year leadership development strategy aligned with firm priorities.
• Own end-to-end leadership development portfolio including program strategy, curriculum, and governance.
• Partner with executives to influence leadership decisions and sponsorship.
• Design and deliver leadership experiences using coaching, cohorts, and experiential learning.
• Lead a team, coach direct reports, and collaborate across Learning Strategy and Operations teams.
