Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced L&D leader to own end-to-end leadership development efforts across enterprise and site teams. You will define capability needs, shape journeys, and integrate capabilities with coaching and digital workflows to improve performance.

You will partner with HR and senior leaders to diagnose needs, translate capabilities into practical tools, and drive behavior change across operations environments. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, learning & development or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, program management, or leadership development.
• Experience designing leadership development programs, learning tools, or development experiences.
• Experience cross-functional or matrixed organizations with HR, business, site and enterprise teams.
• Experience in operations environments such as manufacturing, supply chain, distribution or site leadership preferred.
• Exposure to digital learning tools, coaching platforms, leadership assessment tools, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership development programs by defining capability needs and shaping learning journeys.
• Translate enterprise capabilities into role-specific tools, routines, and digital workflows.
• Partner with HR, site leaders, TPM, Digital teams and business stakeholders to diagnose needs and align solutions.
• Equip leaders with practical tools to reinforce leadership behaviors day-to-day and drive performance.
