Everwise Credit Union in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Manager, Business Continuity + Vendor Management to lead vendor relationships, business continuity planning, and insurance programs. You will partner with leadership and brokers to mitigate risk while ensuring regulatory compliance and value delivery to members.

The role drives cross-functional collaboration, enhances the GRC system usage, and delivers reports on risk exposures and program effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Experience with vendor management and insurance in financial services preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and risk management familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive vendor management program.
• Oversee business continuity planning including disaster recovery and crisis management.
• Coordinate regular reviews, testing, and updates to continuity plans.
• Manage the credit union's insurance portfolio with brokers and carriers.
• Ensure compliance with NCUA, IDFI and other regulations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to a risk management team.
• Prepare reports to senior leadership on risk and program effectiveness.
• Enhance processes and automate using GRC tools.
• Support the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.
