Responsibilities

• Lead the TRIO STEM Success Program with administrative oversight of academics, operations, and compliance.
• Oversee student services, advising, mentoring, and curriculum planning for STEM students.
• Ensure program compliance with TRIO regulations, EDGAR, and institutional policies; manage budgets and reporting.
