Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Experienced Compensation Professional to design, execute and continuously improve company-wide compensation programs that attract and retain top talent. You will own merit, equity and promotion pay programs and partner with HRBPs and talent teams to drive data-driven decisions.

You will lead market analysis, job architecture and program governance while ensuring compliance and data integrity across HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or similar preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with compensation design and governance.
• Familiarity with market benchmarking and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop compensation strategies aligned with goals and benchmarks.
• Manage base salary structures, job catalogue, allowances and job evaluations.
• Research and model cost implications for proposed compensation changes.
• Conduct market analysis and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
