Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in quality across supply, warehouse, or distribution.
• Leadership across supplier quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong risk assessment and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the supply quality and warehouse quality strategy.
• Lead across ingredient, packaging, supplier, and distributor categories.
• Establish policies, standards, and procedures to ensure quality expectations.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.
• Oversee audit strategy and continuous improvement of supplier verification.
• Use metrics and analytics to monitor performance and drive decisions.
