Job summary

McClement is seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Operations Supply to lead strategic initiatives and operational programs across the McDonald’s system. The role focuses on supply continuity, cost efficiency, and scalable solutions, with 10% travel and a $170k–$210k salary band.

As a senior leader, you will develop teams, set priorities, and drive accountability while partnering across functions to translate business needs into actionable supply chain strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related field.
• Previous people leadership experience with coaching and team development.
• Strong understanding of supply chain strategy, operational execution, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
• Demonstrated ability to use financial and operational data to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with multiple high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Supply Chain and Operations initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve supply continuity, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and readiness.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop contingency plans.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on supply chain matters.
