McClement, located in Chicagoland, IL (Hybrid), seeks a Manager, Digital Supply Chain to drive strategic digital initiatives that enhance visibility, data governance, and operational performance across the U.S. McDonald's U.S. Supply Chain is the partner network.

You will connect suppliers, distribution centers, restaurant operators, and cross-functional partners to guide projects from planning through deployment, building strong relationships to ensure adoption of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting process improvement, digital transformation, data management, or change management initiatives.
• Experience implementing technology or business system solutions in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation efforts from planning through deployment, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with suppliers, McDonald's Supply Chain, Operations, Technology teams to support implementations.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop implementation guides, training materials, and communication resources.
