Job summary

The University of Central Florida Health Student Health Services seeks a full-time Executive Director (non-tenure-earning) at the assistant, associate, or professor level to lead Student Health Services (SHS).

The Executive Director will administer personnel, budget planning, and internal communications, while guiding strategic planning and accreditation processes, ensuring HIPAA/FERPA compliance, and coordinating with college leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold M.D. or D.O. and be eligible for Florida licensure or be licensed to practice in Florida.
• Scholarly background and experience should align with the faculty rank applied for.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, personnel, budget planning, and internal communication.
• Lead SHS strategic planning, quality improvement, and program evaluation.
• Represent SHS at university, state, regional, and national levels; coordinate with partners.
