Job summary

American College of Healthcare Executives seeks a Director to provide innovative and strategic leadership for Student Health within the Health & Wellbeing Unit and the Division of Student Affairs. The role ensures compliance, oversees clinical and administrative operations, and drives strategic goals aligned with the university mission.

The Director will supervise a department management team, collaborate with campus partners, and represent the Student Health Center publicly.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in health administration or related field.
Minimum five years leading a moderately complex healthcare clinic or organization.
Experience in strategic planning, budget management and supervision of professional staff.

Responsibilities

Provide innovative and strategic institutional leadership for Student Health within the Health & Wellbeing Unit.
Oversee medical, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, insurance and general administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with the university's mission and health and wellbeing plan.
Publicly represent the Student Health Center to students, faculty, staff, administrators, families and the public.
