Responsibilities

• Formulate, develop, and supervise Student Health Services administration.
• Lead strategic planning with multi-million-dollar budget oversight and resource allocation.
• Chair and oversee SHS executives and committees for program evaluation and quality improvement.
• Represent SHS at university, state, regional, and national levels with active leadership.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and public health reporting mandates.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing operations, and engagement with campus partners.
• Ensure policies and business plans are developed, updated, and followed.
