Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading in ambulatory/physician-led healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and performance of specialty clinics.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regs, and accreditation standards.
• Manage workforce strategy, budgeting, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Develop physician alignment strategies and growth initiatives.
• Partner with primary care, clinical programs, and system leadership.
• Oversee budget planning, space, and capital needs for clinics.
• Monitor revenue, payor mix, productivity, and expenditures.
• Hire and develop Directors of Clinic Operations and clinic managers.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Lead strategic initiatives for growth and service excellence.
• Represent clinics on Providence committees and external engagement.
