The position requires active RRT credentials, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and strong leadership to improve patient care outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

Qualificações

• Current State License, valid for Respiratory Therapy in the state.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• Graduation transcript or diploma required.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the respiratory therapy department, including hiring, training and evaluations.
• Develop and implement standards of care and department policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for respiratory and point-of-care services.
