Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Respiratory Manager to oversee clinical respiratory operations and drive regional growth. You will lead the respiratory care team, coordinate with health systems, facilities, and physician offices, and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care in our region.

This role demands strong leadership, supervisory experience, and expertise in respiratory therapy. You will manage budgets, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an AMA approved respiratory program.
• Valid and unrestricted CRT license required in all states serviced.
• CPR certified.
• Two years direct supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience including patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional respiratory care team and ensure patient-focused services.
• Manage budgets and equipment purchases.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, licensing, and quality standards.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, health systems, and facilities.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for service activities.
