Qualifications

• Seven or more years of related professional experience with at least five years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing program budgets, grants, and fiscal resources.
• Strong written and oral communication with staff, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage fiscal and operational resources, including annual budget process and grant deliverables.
• Design, implement and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Develop policies, procedures, and quality initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate staff; promote professional development and performance.
• Strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
