Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Quantitative & Clinical Pharmacology to lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics from early development through product registration. The role emphasizes dose selection, PK/PD modeling, and global regulatory interactions.

The candidate will guide strategy, oversee study execution, and contribute to scientific leadership in a highly visible, collaborative team. Hybrid work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, mathematics/engineering or related field with 7 years of experience in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics.
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology principles and PK/PD modeling.
• Experience in regulatory interactions with health authorities.
• Experience with NONMEM & R is highly preferred.
• siRNA or CNS experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics deliverables from early through late-stage development to product registration.
• Drive dose selection/refinement and predictive PK/PD modeling, including population approaches.
• Serve as functional lead for global regulatory strategies and HA engagements.
• Publish manuscripts and present at scientific conferences; stay current with the field.
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics.
