Sarepta Therapeutics in the United States invites applications for a Director of Quantitative & Clinical Pharmacology. This high-impact role leads clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics from early development through product registration, with emphasis on PK/PD modeling and dose selection.

Qualifications

PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics.
Strong understanding of clinical pharmacology principles and PK/PD modeling.
Experience in regulatory interactions is a plus.
Experience with NONMEM & R highly preferred.
siRNA and/or CNS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the quantitative pharmacology strategies across all stages of drug development through product registration.
Provide clinical pharmacology leadership in translational development strategies, protocol preparation, study execution, and data review.
Perform model-based data analyses including population PK/PK-PD modeling and meta-analysis.
Serve as functional lead for global regulatory strategies and health authority engagements.
Maintain cutting-edge knowledge and contribute to manuscripts and presentations.
