Job summary

Sarepta Therapeutics in the United States is seeking a Director of Quantitative & Clinical Pharmacology to lead pharmacology efforts across early to late-stage development, with emphasis on dose selection and PK/PD modeling. The role is highly visible, cross-functional, and requires strategic leadership in modeling and translational science.

The candidate will guide population PK/PD analyses, support regulatory interactions, and stay at the forefront of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics.

Qualifications

• PhD with 7+ years in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics.
• Strong PK/PD modeling and regulatory interaction experience.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and collaboration skills.
• Experience in NONMEM & R highly preferred.
• siRNA and/or CNS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantitative pharmacology strategies across all stages of drug development through approval.
• Provide clinical pharmacology expertise in translational development, protocol prep, study execution, and reporting.
• Perform model-based analyses (population PK, PK/PD modeling, meta-analysis) to inform development.
• Serve as functional lead for global regulatory strategies and HA engagements.
• Maintain cutting-edge knowledge, publish work, and present at scientific venues.
