Indiana University in Bloomington seeks an Executive Director, Presidential Engagement, a senior strategic leader reporting to the Chief of Staff. You will advance the President's voice, presence, and engagement to support IU's vision and priorities.

You will design and implement an engagement strategy with IU Foundation and units, lead the portfolio of touchpoints and events, and coordinate donor and partner activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8 years of outreach, engagement, or public relations experience required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Designs and implements a presidential engagement strategy aligning presence with objectives.
• Leads the presidential engagement portfolio including events and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Oversees donor and principal partner strategy, briefing coordination, and reporting.
• Manages briefing materials, run-of-show sequencing, and post-engagement follow-up.
• Supervises the presidential events team to ensure high impact productions.
• Maintains visitor experience quality and correspondence logs.
