ECU Health is seeking an Executive Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead inpatient pharmacy services across our health system. This role ensures safe, high-quality, and cost-effective medication use while advancing clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will partner with executive leadership, medical staff, nursing, and operations to align pharmacy with clinical and financial goals, and must meet licensure and leadership experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required by NC Board by start date.
• 7 years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or higher; MS/PhD/MPH/MBA preferred.
