Job summary

ECU Health is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence leader to independently scope and execute strategic initiatives across the health system. You will mentor leaders, partner with executives, and drive continuous improvement in quality, experience, finance, workforce, and capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years leading enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives in health care.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Experience with value-stream analysis and system-level improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple operational excellence initiatives and value streams across the enterprise.
• Perform workflow assessments and apply data and statistics to verify opportunities.
• Coach leaders to independently drive process improvements in their areas.
• Develop standard work instructions and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Capture cost benefits and report on continuous improvement activities and needs.
• Communicate business cases for change to governance bodies.
