Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/healthcare with dispersed teams.
• Experience translating strategy into execution.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional, national projects.
• Ability to travel 60–80% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs from departments to C-Suite and translate into account strategy.
• Develop strategic plans with regional leaders and co-own pre-launch strategy.
• Build strategic relationships with diverse partners to align priorities.
• Identify opportunities with C-Suite and HQ exchanges for account growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to enable account solutions.
• Own account performance and drive demand-generating initiatives.
• Lead communications between Novartis and priority accounts and internal teams.
