Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing service delivery in multiple jurisdictions with goals and metrics.
• At least one year leading small business development activities.
• Experience managing complex programs across large geographic areas.
• Ability to read and interpret grant contracts and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Microenterprise Accelerator Program with strategic planning and execution.
• Develop partnerships and report innovating practices to funders and leadership.
• Plan, monitor, and report program budgets and expenditures against budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and grant requirements.
