Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Microenterprise Accelerator Program in North Charleston, SC. The role oversees planning, development, implementation, and compliance, ensuring strong outcomes for program participants and funders.

You will manage a high-performing team, coordinate with funders, and ensure fiscal discipline across revenues and expenses while aligning with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices and develop partnerships to inform program design.
• Co-develop proposals for continuing services with budget planning.
• Monitor market trends and participant data to guide program decisions.
• Learn applicable governmental regulations for program operation and fiscal management.
• Train team members and perform quality checks for regulatory compliance and participant experience.
• Lead a high-performing team to support clients through training, services, and job placement.
• Monitor program effectiveness with metrics and scorecards.
• Maintain knowledge of grant regulations, funding allocations, and relevant laws.
• Ensure uniform policies and high-quality client experience across programs.
• Track and report Mission Impact Data Analytics for all assigned programs.
• Produce reports to funders and governmental agencies.
• Build relationships with funders and stakeholders including Goodwill Industries International.
• Establish credibility with funders through accurate, on-time reporting and meeting metrics.
• Review timekeeping records and participant payments for accuracy.
• Assist in developing program budgets, monitoring spending, and reporting projections.
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external programmatic audits and respond to actions plans.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.
