Job summary

Omnicom Media seeks a Director of Finance Operations to lead extensive media-finance workflows across client, vendor, and centralized portfolios. This senior role drives service delivery, governance, and data integrity while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services to mitigate risk and improve processes.

The ideal leader combines strategic vision with detailed execution, guiding teams through month-end close, reconciliations, aging, and reporting in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

8+ years in Finance Operations, media finance, or related field with progressive leadership.
Media-industry experience required; familiarity with billing, reconciliations, and financial controls preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Operations service delivery across agency/client/vendor portfolios.
Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, aging, and reporting processes.
Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen governance, controls, and efficiency.
Partner with Accounting, Client Finance, GCC, Shared Services, and vendors.
Develop and coach Managers and Analysts; drive performance against metrics.
