Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) seeks a Director of Procurement & Category Management – Logistics & Warehousing to own sourcing across truckload, LTL, intermodal, dedicated fleet, parcel, ocean and air freight, drayage, final mile, and 3PL warehousing. Lead cross-functional teams and transform procurement strategy to improve cost, service, and resilience.

Reporting to North America Procurement leadership, you will manage a hybrid team and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sustainability, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or logistics experience in complex organizations.
• Experience sourcing transportation and warehousing across multiple modes and managing 3PL partnerships.
• Proven record leading large-scale freight bid events and negotiating master transportation and warehousing agreements.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA, carrier safety and insurance standards.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category strategy for logistics & warehousing spend with multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead bids, RFPs, and lane-level award strategies to maximize coverage and rate performance.
• Negotiate master transportation, brokerage, warehousing agreements with stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing strategies to support network design and freight consolidation.
• Establish KPIs and governance through scorecards and quarterly business reviews.
