Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Dir of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight of immunology trials and post-marketing studies. You will guide RWLP strategy, collaborate with management, and drive proposal development with cross-functional teams.

You will shape study designs, statistical plans, and regulatory compliance while mentoring teams and advancing therapeutic area capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters; Doctorate preferred).
• Requires in-depth knowledge of a variety of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing and late phase designs preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R, Python programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and senior leadership across functions.
• Lead development and delivery of project proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of projects, meeting timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with project managers on study start-up and ongoing management; draft essential study documents.
• Develop trainings to enhance epidemiologic design knowledge and guideline familiarity.
• Contribute to organizational capacity-building and process improvements in remote/central monitoring and SOPs.
• Develop abstracts, podium presentations, and authored publications to promote services.
