Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the property's Rooms operations. This leadership role oversees all housekeeping functions and maintains high cleanliness and service standards, reporting to the Director of Operations.

You will manage staff training, scheduling, budgeting, vendor relations, and cross-department collaboration while mentoring multilingual teams and driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
• Hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Responsibilities

• Manage short- and long-term housekeeping operations
• Develop and manage the budget and labor cost plans
• Oversee inventory of linens and housekeeping supplies
• Train, mentor, and supervise multilingual staff
• Ensure safety, security, and ADA policies are followed
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors
• Inspect rooms and maintain high cleanliness standards
