• Supervise and complete duties of housekeeping staff and ensure shift coverage
• Log requests and confirm completion, inform supervisors of challenges
• Prepare daily assignments and assist in payroll processes
• Inspect guest rooms and housekeeping storage areas for quality and cleanliness
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering to address room discrepancies and maintenance needs
• Assist in training staff across the department
• Participate in hotel meetings and special cleaning projects
