Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a portfolio Director to lead the Government Services & Infrastructure Group (GSI). The Director will shape strategy and program excellence across the portfolio, maintain key federal client relationships, and directly manage a team of Business Unit PMs & Directors.

The role includes driving growth, influencing capture efforts, and guiding proposal development from an operations and delivery perspective, while expanding Quantum Sky’s capabilities with the FedCiv community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership with strong client service delivery and P&L management.
• Experience translating Federal agency requirements into engagements and relationships.
• Fast-paced agile leader capable of shaping innovative customer solutions.
• 15+ years in growth and general management in FedCiv services and tech solutions with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and program excellence across the GSI portfolio.
• Manage large P&L, revenue planning, and growth initiatives.
• Develop service delivery capabilities and operational efficiencies.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor delivery resources.
• Drive customer relationships and high satisfaction across the portfolio.
• Lead proposal development from operations and delivery perspectives.
