Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Director to lead the Government Services & Infrastructure portfolio, driving strategy and program excellence across solutions and services for a broad set of GSI customers. You will manage a team of Program Managers across the portfolio and influence major business development and capture efforts.

The role requires a proven growth leader with deep FedCiv experience, exceptional leadership, and the ability to translate federal requirements into new engagements with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; MBA or master's degree desirable.
• 15+ years of growth and general management in professional services and FedCiv tech.
• Proven P&L management of $50M+ with organic growth.
• Strong leadership, client service delivery, and people management skills.
• Credible relationships with FedCiv customers and ability to win engagements.
• Ability to translate Federal agency requirements into Quantum Sky solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large P&L organization, revenue planning, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure program delivery compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop efficiencies to maximize profit in service delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and train delivery resources.
• Provide leadership and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Expand Quantum Sky’s network with GSI customers and programs.
• Participate in proposal development and capture planning.
