• 15+ years of enterprise transformation leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, engineering, or operations.
• Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous and hypergrowth environments.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Systems-thinking mindset with cross-functional impact.
• Strong IT, financial and business acumen; ROI assessment.
