Job summary

Fluence seeks a Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation to align processes, systems, people, and operating models to drive growth and operational excellence. You will partner with executive leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Global Innovation and Development group.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise transformation and related initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous and hypergrowth environments, creating structure and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience assessing organizational capabilities, maturity, and readiness to develop transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to identify interdependencies, evaluate impacts across domains.
• Strong IT, financial acumen, including ROI, business case development, and investment evaluation.
• Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end value streams, operating model, and governance.
• Lead optimization of processes, data structures, and systems across functions.
• Create transformation roadmaps, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Partner across IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and Finance.
• Drive change management, communications, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and executive decision support materials.
• Monitor progress, risks, and ensure measurable business value delivery.
