Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise transformation and program leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across systems, processes, data and org models.
• Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance to align priorities.
• Develop change management and communication strategies to enable adoption.
• Drive governance, metrics, and accountability for programs.
• Provide executive decision support with data-driven recommendations.
