• Collaborative leader with experience guiding complex projects.
• Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of high-value mechanical projects from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Manage project portfolio P&L to meet or exceed gross margins.
• Serve as executive contact for General Contractors and Owners to foster partnerships.
• Implement tight HVAC installation quality control measures.
