Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Project Executive to provide strategic leadership for large-scale commercial construction projects in the Seattle area. You will oversee project management teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain key client relationships to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience in mechanical and commercial construction, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading large commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and lead teams across all phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for large commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure consistent performance and results.
• Oversee project financials including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and cash flow.
