Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality are upheld.

You will coordinate with field teams, engineers, subcontractors, owners, and general contractors, while overseeing procurement, cost control, and project documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with large commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling, cost management, and project controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall management and execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction and estimating turnover through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep work progressing.
• Oversee procurement, material coordination, and long-lead items.
• Review financials, including cost-to-complete, commitments, and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across projects.
