Job summary

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital is seeking a Clinical Initiatives Manager to lead development, implementation, education, and evaluation of sponsored initiatives aligned with Service Line and Proactive Care Initiatives.

Under Service Line Leadership, you will coordinate multi-site teams, define clinical models of the future, and drive redesigns to improve care, outcomes and patient experience across the system.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional healthcare experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience with data management, analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience leading organizational projects, team leadership and data analysis.
• Experience solving problems and improving processes with technology in care settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, leadership or mentoring of clinicians and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project roadmaps, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinates internal resources to develop solutions and inform objectives.
• Manages timelines and issues related to projects and work.
• Provides ongoing evaluation post-implementation to assure success.
• Coordinates resources to resolve complex problems balancing process with outcomes.
• Facilitates external and internal communications related to initiatives.
• Establishes metrics for initiatives with SMEs and data analytics to measure impact.
