The Chemours Company seeks a Critical Minerals Market Development Manager at its Wilmington, DE HQ to lead market strategy and identify new opportunities in critical minerals and adjacent markets. You will collaborate across Marketing, R&D, Operations and Finance to move opportunities from assessment to commercialization.

You will build business cases, commercial strategies and partner relationships to define where the organization should play and how to win, while navigating evolving markets

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry, materials science or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, commercial strategy/sales or related roles.
• Experience developing new markets, applications or businesses in chemicals, materials, mining/metals or related industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of B2B industrial value chains and complex commercial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build external relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and strategic rigor.
• Comfortable operating in emerging markets with ambiguity and evolving conditions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
