Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry, materials science or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, or related roles.
• Experience developing new markets, applications or businesses in chemicals, materials, mining/metals or related industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of B2B industrial value chains and complex commercial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build external relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, financial and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.

• Maintain and pressure-test market plans including market sizing, growth rates, supply/demand dynamics, and regulatory trends.
• Prioritize attractive markets and develop market entry, growth and commercialization strategies.

• Partner with technical teams to translate capabilities into commercially attractive solutions.
• Conduct customer discovery to validate market needs, value propositions and commercial models.
• Develop business cases and recommendations to support investment and resource decisions.
