Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry, materials science or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, commercial strategy/sales or related roles.
• Experience developing new markets, applications or businesses in chemicals, materials, mining/metals or related industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of B2B industrial value chains and complex commercial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build external relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Market and Growth Strategy Development: market sizing, growth rates, supply/demand dynamics, competitive dynamics, value chain mapping and regulatory trends.
• Prioritize attractive markets and applications based on validated market needs and financial value.
• Develop market entry, growth and commercialization strategies for priority opportunities.
• Translate market insights into clear recommendations to guide business direction.
• Business Development: identify and develop a pipeline of growth opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners.
