London Approach seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Shared Services to oversee key financial operations and drive efficiency in a centralized Shared Services organization.

You will oversee AP, AR/Billing, Cash Management, Payroll, and Accounting Services, while leading managers and collaborating with senior finance leadership across locations. The role emphasizes process improvements, controls, and strong reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or systems experience.
• Experience leading Shared Services or centralized financial functions.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead managers and cross-location teams.
• Excellent communication across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR/Billing, Cash Management, Payroll, and Accounting Services.
• Lead and develop managers and teams in a large Shared Services organization.
• Partner with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple locations, regions, and IT for system improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
• Support monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow, and reporting.
