Job summary

Apogee Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP & Financial Systems to lead the strategy, delivery, governance, and support of the enterprise ERP and financial application portfolio, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 while overseeing SAP and Epicor.

You will establish the long-term ERP operating model, shaping the people, partnerships, processes, and technical capabilities required to support the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP/financial systems experience.
• 5+ years leading ERP programs or enterprise portfolios.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy and governance for Dynamics 365.
• Oversee SAP and Epicor transitions to managed services.
• Establish operating model, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure SOX, ITGC controls and security compliance.
• Partner with Finance and business leadership to align priorities.
