Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP & Financial Systems to lead the strategy, delivery, governance, and support of the enterprise ERP and financial application portfolio, with a primary focus on Dynamics 365.

You will also oversee SAP and Epicor platforms and shape the long-term operating model. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure scalable, well-governed ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise ERP and financial systems with leadership.
• 5+ years leading ERP/application teams, major ERP programs, or enterprise portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics 365 Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise ERP and financial systems portfolio with Dynamics 365 as the strategic platform.
• Define the operating model for D365, including administration, support, security, integrations, and releases.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure scalable, well-governed ERP solutions.
• Oversee SAP and Epicor applications and transition legacy support to managed services.
• Establish governance, standards, and controls across development, deployment, and production support.
• Develop resource strategies and budgets for ERP initiatives and partnerships.
